Beginning with 4-beat programmed loops and breakbeats etc\, his interest in producing music started to grow. It almost became an The year is 1997. Danny Masseling is at the age of 16\, and his first experience with music production has entered his system. Danny worked on his beats day and night. And how cliché it might sound\, this actually became a way of life. After sending a demo out to BZRK Records\, Mark Vos (aka Buzz Fuzz\, owner of this notorious record label) contacted him to do some serious buzzinezz. After a while of mastering and editing\, BZRK033 was born. Under the alias Menace II Society\, the Son Of A Bitch EP entered the market. Almost at the same time\, the first Angerfist EP was released on Overload Records. However the track Chronic Disorder\, made Menace II Society a well known name\, Angerfist would grow out to be one of the biggest names in the scene. Traxx as Criminally Insane and Fuck Off were immediately recognized as relatively big hits. Danny had set foot in the scene. After releasing an EP under the third alias Kid Morbid\, he chose Angerfist to be his main project.

Born and raised in Bristol\, the sounds of the 70s blues parties and sound-systems happening in the St Pauls area of the city infected Roni’s bones. \nMeeting up with Krust in the early 90s brought two musically compatible minds together\, subsequently creating Full Cycle in 1993 and a new direction for electronic music. \nHaving built a name for himself through Full Cycle and other labels\, such as Talkin’ Loud\, ‘Roni Size & Reprazent’ took the world by storm in 1997 with their New Forms LP. Winning the Mercury Music Prize boosted their international status and the world awoke to the sound of Roni Size and Full Cycle. Thanks to such modern day classics as ‘Watching Windows’\, ‘Heroes’ and ‘Brown Paper Bag’\, the album quickly went platinum. \nIn 1999 with Die\, Roni produced the highly acclaimed Breakbeat Era album and later that year released the long awaited second project from Reprazent\, ‘In the Mode’ which included collaborations with hip-hop legend Method Man\, Rage Against The Macine’s Zac de la Rocha and beat-box master Rahzel. \n2002 saw the release of ‘Touching Down’\, Roni’s first truly solo album and one of the biggest selling independent d&b albums to date. Then in 2005 Roni came back to ‘V’ with the release of ‘Return To V’ which included the top 20 hit ‘No More’ with Beverley Knight. \nRoni Size resurrected Reprazent in 2008 with the release of a deluxe edition of his Mercury Music Prize winning album ‘New Forms’ on Universal in 2008. Reforming the band\, they toured the biggest festivals in Europe and were amongst the nominations for best dance act from the UK Festival Awards. \nRoni & Reprazent recently collaborated with the BBC’s Nature’s Great Events composer\, William Goodchild\, to play a landmark gig with an Orchestra and Choir to mark the re-opening of Bristol’s Colston Hall. The night was rightly dubbed as the “show that we’ll be talking about for years to come.”
